This is Nutri-score: Nutri-score is a label that is NOT mandatory in european countries such as Spain, France, Italy among others. It is classified in a scale from A to E (A, B, C, D, E). The A label has the green color and the E has the red color which is the less nutritive food. Useful or not? It is useful if you want to compare two products from a different brand . Imagine you want to compare a pizza from another brand and you don't know which is more nutritive. You can do it by comparing those labels. Don't use it to categorize food as nutritious or unhealthy food: As you can read in the Spanish government official website, it can not be used to categorize a product as healthy or unhealth. Nor compare products that don't have the label. The food that are A labeled are: fruits, vegetables, fiber and protein. I may not have all the knowledge to say how good is a specific food for your brain for example. However I've experimented that a poor diet and poor habits comes sometimes to a bad health problem. Either physically or mentally. If you don't sleep enough you'll get sick. The same happens with nutrition: if you don't eat variedly, you'll have problems. Sometimes that problem can be named as stress, anxiety or overweight. You have to take care of your alimentation because is the main source of energy that you have. As a student I can relate that a diet won't work unless there are strong habits. An option would be to change your habits and the habits will change you. What's better, you can change yourself, then the habits will be easier for you to take place with that new human that you have became.
