Nutrition is the action of choosing what we eat.
We shouldn't eat the same unhealthy food at the same time everyday just because we are hungry.
Did you know that a third of the food in the world ends wasted when it can be eaten?
I could say the nutrition is the intention. However it's not true. The action is what's important. We live in a world where intentions are not as good as actions.
As someone told me: "if you dream of having a Ferrari, it won't change the possibilities that you have to own it."
